Biography
Steve and Diana are pursuing their doctorate degrees in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University. Their current studies and research are focused on utilizng project management as a means to create organizational change.

Gardening, reading, volleyball, spending time with family and friends, downhill skiing, learning new stuff on the computer, building things around the house
